£3 for Standard Delivery
£6 for Fast Track Delivery

Standard Delivery is within 5 working days* from the moment you submit your order, which means that you should receive your order within 2 to 5 working days from the date it was despatched.

We use Royal Mail, FedEx and DHL for UK deliveries.

STANDARD European delivery cost is £12 and delivery will be from 7-14 days after your order has been placed.

We use a non-tracked service with Royal Mail and a tracked service through DHL. We ship to most countries, however at this time we are unable to ship to Italy, Ukraine and Russia.

We try our hardest to meet all delivery times, but, very occasionally, there may be delays. There might also be other factors, too… stuff like postal/delivery partner delays, traffic delays, logistics, bad weather or if our delivery partners are unable to access the delivery address. However, we'll always work hard to keep these delays to a minimum. We can't be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the delivery partner.

Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund or replacement where the goods are faulty.

As our stock is limited we cannot guarantee an offer of replacement, but we will provide you with a refund. Please return the goods to us with proof of purchase within 14 days and we will offer you an refund.
